WORKERS' COMPENSATION

At least one bill related to workers' compensation is pending in the Texas Legislature:

• Sponsored by Sen. Eddie Lucio Jr., D-Brownsville, it would limit how much money insurance companies collect from the Subsequent Injury Fund.
