Lessons learned from the CSB

Carolyn W. Merritt
Chairman
U.S. Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board

Carolyn is just great and I hate that she will not be at the board any longer. Carolyn has always worked for the greater good and not for anything more than what the evidence clearly shows. Carolyn is strong minded women and will be a credit at any office she takes. Thanks for all you have done!

Linda Hunnings
Family Member of Victim in Texas City

Linda, lost her husband Jim of 27 years. He had 30 years contracting and 20 behind his belt at BP that she to worked for 20 years.
She states what I have said since my brothers death. The CSB does a terrific job and OSHA, the EPA and others should be required to instate the CSB's recommendations!
