Triangle Fire Commemoration

Join us at the 2009 Triangle Fire Commemoration

This story still gets to me every time I read it. A tragedy and it still happens today usually with cleaners that are in during the night shift. The companies are afraid they will steal so they lock them in at night. Yep there are regulations against it however some companies feel this doesn't apply to them.

To honor the women who died at the Triangle Fire and our continued fight for workers rights and workplace safety, we would like you to join us at the commemoration of the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire -- a definitive event in the history of American labor and in the history of New York City.
