Request for Support and Solidarity! Please forward this letter to other organizations and sign on to the attached letter by June 13, 2008 Thank you!

Alaska Community Action on Toxics, and Alaska Forum for Environmental Responsibility request the support of your organization in calling on Congress for reform of the 1970 Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) to prevent harm to workers from chemical exposures and ensure protection for disaster response and other workers. This action is prompted by our investigation of the long-term effects of the Exxon Valdez oil spill on workers who participated in the cleanup.
