Workplace Fatalities 3

Every three or four months I try to put together a video like this. Honoring the lives of the men & women killed on the job most of whom could have been saved if only workplace safety had been of greater importance to their employers. This particular video took less than two months to put together which is very disturbing to me. I can only hope that somehow through my efforts more will realize that workplace fatalities have the potential to effect us all and unless something more is done to prevent them by promoting preventive measures one by one our workers will continue to die and their families left behind to wonder why something more was not done to stop this.
