Aug 29, Billings, OK - 37 year old Eric Allen Keefe of Watonga, OK died of a heat related incident while working for Tomcat Drilling Rig #3 in Billings.
Sept 4, Jenkintown, PA - 73 year old Allan Albertson died from a cut/laceration injury while working for Acme Markets.
Oct 15, Gray, TN - 41 year old Leuradio C. Perez died of a puncture type wound while working for Sergio Arroyo-Contreras.
Oct 28, Monroeville, PA - 48 year old Steven K. Evans died of a cut/laceration injury while working for J.J. Tree Service & Landscaping.
Nov 1, Indianapolis, IN - 61 year old Stephen Forster died of a fracture injury while working for Indianapolis Logistics.
Nov 1, Sierra Vista, AZ - 62 year old Richard Peterson died of a concussion injury while working for Medley Communications, Inc.
Nov 2, Memphis, TN - 38 year old Curtis Calhoun died of an unknown injury while working for United Elevator Services, LLC.
Nov 2, Somis, CA - 59 year old Jesus Munoz Iberra died of a fracture injury while working at Marz Farms, Inc.
Nov 4, Muskegon, MI - 55 year old A.D. Barnes died of unknown injuries while working for Sun Chemical Corp.
Nov 5, Sunnyvale, TX - 38 year old John Preston died of asphyxia while working at Johnathan Preston dba J&B Trucking.
Nov 7, Foraker, OK - 33 year old Danny Knox died of a contusion/abrasion injury while employed with Horizon Energy Services, LLC.
Nov 9, Sparta, TN - 58 year old Ronald Dale Elkins died of unknown injuries while he was working for White County Lumbar Company, Inc.
Nov 10, Toa Baja, Puerto Rico - 40 year old Frankie Rondon died of contusion/abrasion injuries while employed with Securitas Security Services.
Nov 11, Seiling, OK - 39 year old Chris Dudley died of blunt force injuries while he was employed with Gore Nitrogen Pumping Service.
Nov 12, Hobbs, NM - 30 year old Ben Larime died of unknown injuries when he was employed by E-Light Electrical Services.
Nov 13, Norfolk, VA - 53 year old Richard H. Cooper died of unknown injuries while employed by BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc.
Nov 16, Cedar, MI - 50 year old Michael Livingston died of unknown injuries when he was employed by Leelanau Fruit Co.
Nov 21, Paxinos, PA - 31 year old Jeffrey Mummey, Jr. died of asphyxiation while he was working for Shamrock Mills, Inc.
Nov 21, New Port Richey, FL - 71 year old Jose Soriano died of unknown injuries while he was working for Experience Works, Inc.
Nov 23, Raleigh, NC - 43 year old Kenneth Atlas Parnel died of a concussion injury while employed with Parnell & Son Drywall, Inc.
Nov 28, Ann Arbor, MI - 31 year old Brandon James Rohde died from a concussion injury he sustained while working for Ethical Exteriors.
Nov 29, Plant City, FL - 25 year old Jesse Sabo died of unknown injuries while workings for Sigma Services, Inc.
Dec 2 - Salt Lake City, UT - 38 year old Jonathan W. Cracroft died of unknown injuries while employed with Compeq International Corp.
Dec 5 - Honea Path, SC - 47 year old Michael Dean Darby died of unknown injuries while working for the Town of Honea Path-Utilities.
Dec 6, Morgans Point, TX - 65 year old Allen Chase died as the result of an amputation injury when he was working for Shippers Stevedoring Company.
Dec 6, Palo Alto, CA - 44 year old Gary Collins died of dislocation injuries while employed with Four Leaf Inspection Services.
Dec 13, Springfield, MI - 29 year old Aaron Lankford died from an electrical shock while he was working for Pulverdryer USA.
Dec 19, Columbia, SC - 61 year old Jerry Garrett died as the result of asphyxiation while working for DH Griffin Wrecking Co.
Dec 19, Unicoi, TN - 32 year old Jamie Stevens died as the result of unknown injuries while employed with Wolf Tree, Inc.
Dec 23, Raleigh, NC - 51 year old Joel M. Coop died of concussion injuries while employed with Schwerman Trucking Company.
Dec 27, Eureka, CA - 68 year old Kenneth Newell died of unknown injuries. He was self employed.
